Body: Email body mein aap Email likhte ho. Mera sujhav yah hai ki bakwaas na karke aap seedha seedha mudde ki baat karein. Business Emails padhne walon ke paas waise bhi time nahi hota hai to unko jald se jald samajh ana chahiye ki aap kya bat kar rahe ho aur aap kya chahte ho unse.

  • Paragraph use karne zaruri hai Email mei warna padhna muhskil ho jata hai. To thodi lines ke baad ek space dal dijiye.
  • Mail bhejne se pehle ek ya do bar usko padh lein kyunki galti ho sakti hai
  • Business mail dhyaan se likhein. Kisi ko gali na dein aur ashiqi nahi kare. Bas matlab ki baat

Sign off: Sign off mein aap apna naam likho. Aap Sincerely, Regards atyadi bhi use kar sakte ho.

(6) Signature: Professional lagne ke liye aapko ek accha sa signature bana lena chahiye.

Phir settings pe click karo aur neeche scroll karke

Phir neeche scroll karke signature type kar lo.

(7) Formatting options: Yahan aap Email body ke font change kar sakte ho, Bold ya Italic ya underline mein text ko set kar sakte ho, text ka color bhi change kar sakte ho aur text ki orientation bhi. Yahan se aap bullet point aur numbered list bhi bana sakte ho.
