2.HR Interview Round

Technical round kya hota hai?

Technical interview mein generally jis job role ke liye interview hora hota hai ussi field se related questions pucche jaate hai. Is round me personal skills se zyada technical skills yani candidate ke job profile se related kitni knowledge hai ye dekha jaata hai. Technical round me company ko clear ho jata hai ki candidate job ke liye yogya hai ki nahi. Senior Management Ques-Ans

1. Aapne apne resume mein kya add nahi kiya hai?

Ans: This question might seem a little weird, par aapko answer toh dena hi hoga agar interviewer apse ye poochle toh.

Maine teen tarah se iss sawaal ka jawaab diya hai, jisse aapko help milegi.

There are three basic “themes” for your response that you can choose from.

Lastly, you can talk about your motivation or overall goal. Maybe you want to work in some NGO taki aap logo ke liye aur society ke liye kuch kar paye.

Ans: This is a very common question which is asked, so it is better aap pehle hi isse prepare karle.

Do’s & Don’ts

  1. Kisi aise insaan ka hi naam le jisne aapko sahi mein inspire kiya ho na ki koi random famous person jiske bare mein aap jante nahin hai.
  2. Kuch examples dekar samjhaye that how this person has inspired you.
  3. Clear and to the point answer de and don’t get into long story telling.
  4. You can also choose a family member, but remember aap zyada emotional and sentimental sound na kare.

8. Apne parents ke baare mein kuch bataye.

Ans: This is a question asked only to know you more and a little about your family. Ismein aap bata sakte hai aapke parents ke occupation ke baare mein and also what kind of bond you share with them.

9. School ki apni sabse achhi memory ke baare mein bataye.

Ans: Again this is a question not related to your job. Iska koi specific answer nahin hai. Aapko apni school life ki koi aisi memory batani which is really close to your heart. Jaise apne kisi function ya play ya drama mein part liya ho and preparation ke time you had a lot of fun or it could anything.

10. Kaunsi aisi ek cheez hai jisse aapko bahut proud feel hota hai.

Ans: This a bit tough question but important at the same time. Remember while answering don’t show too much of pride. Jaldi se apni achievements ke bare mein soche aur bataye ki aap unse proud kyun feel karte hai and what they tought you.
