3) Group Discussion

Iska matlab hai ki ek business apne kuch business functions ya processes kisi aur company ko outsource kar raha hai jo un kamo ko karne mein behtar hai. (v) Inbound and outbound calling mein kya farak hota hai? (What is the difference between inbound and outbound calling?)

Ye sawaal tabhi pucha jayega agar aapne calling profile i.e. customer care, customer support ya telle-sales ke liye apply kiya hai.

Jawaab mein bas bataye ki, inbound calling mein callers ko calls attend kane hote hai and outbound calling mein callers ko customers ya logo ko call karna hota hai.

(viii) Kya aap raat ko kaam karne mein comfortable hai? (Are you comfortable working in night shifts?)

Iss question ke answer mein humesha YES bole, ise recruiter sure hojayega ki aap kaam karne ke liye serious hai.

(ix) Aapki computer knowledge kitni acchi hai? (How good is your computer knowledge?)

Iske jawaab mein apni computer qualifications ke bare mein btaye agar apne koi diploma, certificate ya short-term course kiya hai. Aur agar nahi kiya hai toh bole ki apko basic computer knowlwdge hai aur woh chahe toh apka practical test le sakte hai.

(x) Aap kitni salary expect kar rahe hai? (What is your salary expectation?)

Agar aap fresher hai toh jawaab mein bole ki as per the company policy and/or standards. Aur agar aap experienced hai toh bol sakte hai ki aap previous salary me 20-30% hike expect kar rahe hai jo ki bahut normal hai aur industry norm bhi hai.

Non-Voice/Chat Process interview ke rounds ki jankaari

1) Written Test

Iss round me writing skills, grammer aur creativity ko check kiya jaata hai. Recruiter aapko randomly koi bhi topic de sakte hai aur aapko uss topic par ek short essay ya paragraph likhne ko kaha jaa sakta hai. Ye test isiliye bhi liya jata hai kyunki Non-Voice ya Chat process mein writing ka hi kaam hota hai.

2) Typing Speed

Ye test candidates ki typing speed ko check karne ke liye jaata hai. Iss round ko clear karna bahut important hai kyunki inn job profiles mein computer par kaam karna hota hai, aur agar aap iss test ko qualify nahi kar paate toh aapko job milne ke chances naa ke barabar ho jayenge. Isiliye interview dene jaane se pehle aap daily 15-20 min alag se nikaalkar koi bhi paragraph ya 8 se 10 lines ko 1 minute ke andar type karne ki practice kare. 

3) GAT (General Aptitude Test)

Call Cantre/BPO job ke liye basic aptitude test liya jaata hai. Iss test ki duration generally 30 minutes hoti hai. Iss process mein candidate ko uski General Analytical Ability, English Vocabulary aur Logical Abilities test ki jaati hai.
