Childhood and Loss

Anchal Sharma, a resident of Prayagraj, I have been dedicated to providing preparation for government bank exams for the last 11 years. Her childhood was filled with joy and laughter, free from worries. However, her world was shattered in 2008 when her father passed away.

Overcoming Grief and Finding Support

In the face of this tragedy, Aanchal found solace in her siblings and cousins. Yet, she grappled with the void left by her father’s absence. Inspired by his words, “My son can handle everything,” she resolved to rise above her circumstances.

Determined to honor her father’s memory, she began taking tuition classes and earning a meager income by teaching young children. Despite losing her father, her family remained steadfast in their support, encouraging her to continue her education.

Pursuing a Passion for Banking

Recognizing her passion for banking, Aanchal enrolled in a coaching institute where she was offered the opportunity to teach. Her ability to connect with students fueled her confidence and led her to discover her talent for teaching.

Driven by a desire to make a difference, Aanchal extended her passion beyond earning income. She aimed to empower aspiring bankers, particularly those from underprivileged backgrounds, by sharing her knowledge and skills.

Facing Adversity

Aanchal’s journey was not without setbacks. One evening, she was involved in a serious accident that left her unconscious and in critical condition. For 19 grueling days, she fought for her life in the ICU, supported by her mother’s unwavering love and prayers.

After regaining consciousness, Aanchal’s ordeal made her realize the true meaning of strength. The support of her family, friends, and students provided her with the courage to overcome her challenges. Determined to pursue her dreams, she returned to teaching.

Living Independently

Despite her physical and emotional scars, Aanchal faced a new challenge: living independently in Dehradun. As a young woman from a joint family, adjusting to life alone was daunting. However, she persevered, managing all aspects of her life while maintaining her teaching responsibilities.

Empowering Students

In 2017, Aanchal joined Adda 24 Seven, where she launched the company’s digital wing. This platform allowed her to reach an even wider audience, providing countless students with the knowledge and skills they needed to succeed in their banking exams.

Over the years, she has mentored over 10 lakh students, many of whom have secured positions in leading banks. Their success stories attest to the transformative power of education and the indomitable spirit of those who dare to dream big.

Overcoming Personal Challenges

Aanchal’s journey has been marked by personal and professional challenges, including depression and anxiety. However, she refused to let them define her. With the support of her loved ones and her unwavering belief in herself, she overcame these obstacles and emerged stronger than ever.
